Nani's Jersey: Three New Things Confirmed

Preparing in the nets for a couple of months, finally, Nani is wearing pads and gloves to play cricket for his upcoming film "Jersey". Meanwhile, much before anyone would expect, other day the makers revealed a surprising poster of the film.

The first surprise that has come from the poster of Jersey is the confirmation of release date of the movie. Though it's too early if we have to go by Tollywood's rulebook, Jersey makers announced that 19-04-19 (April 19th) is the release date of the movie. Whether it is 19-19 rhyming or summer holidays is the cause for fixing this date is not known.

Then the second new thing confirmed by this poster is that music director Devi Sri Prasad is no more part of this time and Tamil sensation Anirudh has taken over the reins. As the poster read his name bigger, we could definitely wait for that enchanting music now.

And the third thing is that recently there are rumors that PDV Prasad is walking out from Sitara and Haarika Haasini Creations owing to some differences with S Radhakrishna, but they are ruled out. Because he is the one who is presenting this film as usual in this banner.

Pawan All Set To Enter 'Red' Zone

Looks like Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan will bring more trouble for the AP Government with his tour in the Agency areas. Pawan will be starting his bus tour from Rajahmundry to Rampachodavaram in Palle Velugu Bus.

While it is a novel way to reach people, sources in AP Government say that the agency region is witnessing an active Maoist activity. Therefore, the police need to be extra careful to ensure that Pawan is safe. Inside sources say that Pawan, who has been accusing the government continuously, will in fact bring more trouble.

As a fledgling political party, Pawan and his advisors should be aware of the law & order situation as well as the sensitivities in touring these regions. Apparently, the police department and intelligence wing are coordinating to ensure that Pawan is safe in Maoist-prone region.

Let us hope that Pawan notices the government's efforts in protecting him in his bus tour and responds sensibly.

Xiaomi opens 500 stores in one day in rural India, creates Guinness record

Chinese electronics major Xiaomi on Tuesday announced it has opened a record 500 retail stores in rural parts of India.

Called Mi Stores and opened on October 29, these are similar to the bigger "Mi Home" stores currently operational in metro cities.

"The company created a Guinness record for gap the most variety of stores in one single day. Xiaomi plans to open five,000 Mi Stores by the top of 2019 that may produce nearly fifteen,000 jobs," Manu Kumar faith, vp, Xiaomi world and manager, Xiaomi Republic of India, told reporters here.

"This new business can forever change rural retail in India," he added.

Started with the online-only strategy, Xiaomi is fast expanding its presence in offline retail as well.

In September, the company launched its fourth flagship "Mi Home" experience store in the country, in Bengaluru, along with a new office.

With the purpose of strengthening its offline network further, Xiaomi said in September it wanted to open 100 "Mi Home" stores in 2018 itself.

The company grew to a new high on the back of its successful Redmi 5A and Redmi Note 5 pro series and refreshed Redmi 6/A/Pro portfolio, said the report.

But the eight-year-old company wants to be recognised not as simply another smartphone company and it began working towards this mission in 2014.

Along with its products in the smart home portfolio, it is also venturing into non-technology related segments like luggage, shoes, apparel and more.

Riding on its robust sales in India and Europe, China-based Xiaomi on Monday reported a 49.1 per cent increase in revenue for its third quarter of 2018 as net profit reached 2.48 billion yuan ($357.23 million).

#RRR Bringing Us A New Technology

Even the highly appreciated Baahubali movie series was also not shot on the stereoscopic 3D format. Despite the fact that ace director SS Rajamouli is a huge lover of Visual effects, he hasn't decided to take the experience to next level.

If reports are to be believed, the leading director of Telugu and Indian cinema industries is now thinking to introduced enhanced 3D visuals to Telugu audiences. Built on the lines of 4D technology, upcoming film #RRR will have time-freeze shots like in "The Matrix" movie.

For the same, Rajamouli, his cinematographer Senthil and VFX supervisor Srinivas Mohan are said to have imported a 120-camera-rig setup, that will help them shoot action sequence from a 360 degrees perspective. Though Rajamouli will later convert this into stereoscopic 3D (where we will watch it wearing glasses) or not, the final visuals will be creating that realistic 3D effect even though audience watch it in normal screens.

Featuring Ram Charan and Rama Rao Jr in the leads, shooting of #RRR has started recently and the makers are carving out some intense action episodes at the moment.

Exclusive: Lakshminarayana's Party Name

As per sources, the official name of Lakshmi Narayan's party is Vande Mataram Party (VMP). Lakshmi Narayana is going to make it official on 26th Nov i.e Monday.

Looks like, the former IPS officer is likely to give tough competition to Pawan Kalyan and Janasena in AP as the ideologies seem to be similar.  Also target set of voters for both PK's Janasena as well as VMP would be similar as both are targeting the same educated voters and youth. Analysts opine that there could be a split of votes if Lakshminarayana's Vande Mataram Party contests on its own without forging any alliance and thus it would eat into votes of Pawan. Let's wait and see, what is in store.

3D Visuals, 4D Sound & 6800 Screens To Beat Baahubali

One of the biggest films to hit cinemas after the bonanza given Baahubali couple of years back is none other than Superstar Rajnikanth and Shankar's "2.0" movie. And this film is now going to release on November 29th amidst huge expectations.

Though it's not a challenge for this Robo sequel to beat Baahubali series, the making costs involved in bringing out this film are pushing it seriously to beat that magnum opus. With almost 400 crores investment riding on it, there is no way than to beat Baahubali at the box office, for 2 Point O to push itself into a break-even mode.

Apart from the 3D visuals that are promised at various theatres of 2 Point O, the film will be releasing in 4D sound as well in some theatres. And then, it is releasing in a total of 6800 screens, to make sure that it will mint the whole of its production cost in the first week alone. If we compare screen count, Baahubali 2 was released in 6500 screens across the globe.

In Telugu states alone, now 2 Point O has to score more than 80 crores share to make sure that all the parties involved in distribution will be in safe shores. Though the makers haven't sold the whole of Telugu version, it is being released by NV Prasad, Dil Raju and UV Creations.

With these big names around, there will be no deficit of theatres, but the film's content has to impress audiences to make it big in this unseason

He is going to make a formal announcement on 26th November. He will also be revealing the party's ideology and its objectives on the launch day. While there were rumours that he would either join in BJP or join in Pawan Kalyan's Janasena, proving those rumours as baseless, Lakshminarayana has decided to launch his own political party.

An Inspector General, Maharashtra cadre from the 1990 batch of Indian Police Service, he is known for leading the investigations in high-profile cases such as OMC (Obulapuram Minig Company) Scandal, Emaar Properties, Satyam Scandal and Jagan's Disproportionate Assets case. He had voluntarily quit his job in March 2018. After which, he had extensively toured in districts and villages to understand the problems of farmers and students.

Pre Release Feelings: 2.0 and Baahubali 2

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and top director Shankar's visual spectacle 2.0 is gearing up for release on 29 November across the globe. Given the investments incurred on the project and Shankar's track record in making larger than life films, the movie is compared to Rajamouli's runaway hit Baahubali 2 by the makers of 2.0 and a few cine analysts. It remains to be seen whether 2.0 really lives upto expectations and would really beat Baahubali 2 collections. But then, what are the pre release feelings of common audience on 2.0 and Baahubali 2? Check out the following areas.

* DIRECTORS: Rajamouli has emerged as the only top director of India, who doesn't have failure in his career. In contrast, Shankar's recent offings Nanban and I scored flop and average respectively.

* HEROES: Young Rebel Star Prabhas is no match for Rajinikanth's stardom and seniority by any means. But then, it has been since ages Rajini scored a solid hit. Of course, it was Robo. On the contrary, Prabhas fitted the bill for director dominated Baahubali series films.

* MUSIC: Keeravani's music added fragrance for Baahubali. AR Rahman's westernised compositions are felt monotonous and it gives an abhorrent feel to music lovers.

* SOUL OF THE FILM: Since every character was given priority and each artist lived in their roles, Baahubali was made a true magnum opus at box office. In 2.0, only Rajini, Akshay and Amy's characters appeared to have been given prime importance while other characters mightn't have been given importance.

* GRAPHICS: Though there were innumerable VFX shots and settings in Baahubali series films, audience connected more of the gist rather the graphics. The promos of 2.0 appear like VFX shots were given priority rather the substance of the film.

BOTTOM LINE: All in all, these are just pre release assumptions on 2.0! Post release feelings may surely be changed with director's extraordinary prowess and expertise. There were huge stakes on 2.0 including Telugu states. Let's hope, the film will bring cheers to everyone and all, who connected with the film.

However, Mahesh Babu's Bharat ane Nenu collected $3.37M and reached break even without earning much profits. the reason for the mediocre fare of BAN was that the film was sold out to exorbitant prices to USA buyers.

It seems the same blunder is being repeated for Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Maharshi. according to the reports, the movie needs $4M to recover its investments. The movie's pre release business in Overseas was valued to Rs.16 crores.

Maharshi is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Pooja Hegde is donning lead actress. Aswini Dutt, PVP and Dil Raju are jointly producing the movie. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music.

#RRR: Keerthy Suresh Denies Nani's film?

The critically acclaimed film Mahanati has not just established actress Keerthy Suresh as a star heroine of south, but it also has made her very selective about her upcoming projects. after the release of Mahanati, Keerthy featured in 3 films - Saamy 2, Sandakozhi 2 & Sarkar, all of them were Tamil projects.

Despite the fact that Keerthy is hearing several scrips from Telugu, she hasn't officially signed any new project so far. Recently, the chennai born actress was offered a leading lady role in Natural Star Nani's forthcoming film under the direction of Chandrasekhar Yeleti. But, Keerthy seems to have denied the offer. This might have apparently shocked the makers, who were keen to bring back 'Nenu Local' pair (Nani & Keerthy Suresh) onscreen. However, nobody known the proper reason behind her denial.

A speculation also has it that Keerthy is currently in discussions for Rajamouli's 'RRR' to that she may need to serve her bulk dates. If that's true, it could be one of the reasons for Keerthy's denial to a Nani, who's a good friend of the talented actress.

On other hand, Keerthy's recent outing 'Sarkar', featuring Kollywood star Vijay is scripting new records at the box-office.

I'm Becoming CM in 2019 - Pawan Kalyan

Pawan, who is on a mission to spread his party's base in other states, has visited Chennai where he interacted with media there. During this, Pawan claimed that Janasena is storming to power in Andhra Pradesh and he would be becoming the Chief Minister in 2019. Pawan also claimed that he would lead the movement to protect the rights of South Indians.

Stating that Chandrababu Naidu is close to his retirement, Pawan took potshots at Nara Lokesh. Pawan alleged that Naidu is trying to promote his son Lokesh. "He had no experience before. Lokesh who hasn't even contested in Panchayat polls is the minister for Panchayatraj."

Pawan opined that 'journey' with Naidu would be dangerous. "Journey with Chandrababu is very dangerous. We never know when he would lift someone and when he would drop someone. He is unpredictable. We never know when he would befriend someone and when he would make enmity with someone. He can't be trusted. Whoever joins his front, will be grossly cheated," said Pawan.

Talking about YCP, Pawan said he hasn't tried to forge any sort of alliance with opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Pawan said Janasena would contest on its own in 2019 general elections. He reiterated that his party would come to power as people strongly want an alternative in Andhra Pradesh.

These jobs offers the highest salaries in India

Bengaluru pays the highest salaries and  it is hardware & networking professionals, not techies, who bag the best pay, says a LinkedIn salary study based on the data on its platform.

The average weighted compensation in Bengaluru is Rs 12 lakh a year, followed by mumbai and Delhi-NCR at Rs 9 lakh each.

Hardware & networking jobs fetch about Rs 15 lakh a year (weighted average, as per importance) while software jobs fetch about Rs 12 lakh, and consumer jobs Rs 9 lakh — making up the three most paying industries in India.

The hardware jobs being paid highly are not the traditional ones, but those in the area of chip design and newage networking, experts said.

Shivananda Koteshwar, head of design R&D at semiconductor tools company Synopsys India, said in the area of VLSI (very-largescale integration), salaries have exploded because a lot of chip design implementation has moved to India.

VLSI is the process of creating an integrated circuit (IC) by combining hundreds of thousands of transistors or devices into a single chip. He said this was particularly true for physical design engineers. “Just 2 years ago, their salaries were 3-times their years of experience, nowadays it is 4.5 to {5|to five} times the experience,” Koteshwar said.

On networking, V C Gopalratnam, CIO (international), Cisco, said the network is at the centre of a maelstrom of change taking place in enterprises and forms the foundation of digital transformation.

“As massive amounts of data continue to be distributed ever more widely, customers are facing challenges around complexity and security. to address this, there is a lot of innovation happening in the networking space and it is {increasingly|progressively|more and additional} becoming more sophisticated. And as the sophistication of networks increase, the demand for networking roles and skills are increasing,” he said.

IIT Hyderabad Scientists Develop Smartphone-Based Sensors To Detect Milk Adulteration

The research was undertaken by a team led by Prof Shiv Govind Singh, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad researchers are developing a smart Phone-based sensoring system to detect adulteration in milk. As a first step, the IIT Hyderabad team has developed a detector system to measure the acidity of milk through design of an indicator paper that changes color according to the acidity of the milk. they have also developed algorithms that can be incorporated on to a mobile phone to accurately detect the color change.

The study results have been published in the November 2018 issue of Food Analytical methods journal.

The research was undertaken by a team led by prof shiv Govind Singh, Department of electrical engineering, IIT Hyderabad.

The team is also comprised of Dr Soumya Jana and Dr siva Rama krishna Vanjari, Associate Professors in the Department of electrical engineering, IIT Hyderabad and others.

"While techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy can be used to detect adulteration, such techniques generally require expensive setup and are not amenable to miniaturization into low-cost easy-to-use devices. Hence, they do not appeal to the vast majority of milk consumers in the developing world," professor Singh talked about the study.

Further, prof Singh added, "We need to develop simple devices that the consumer can use to detect milk contamination. It should be possible to make milk adulteration detection failsafe by monitoring all of these parameters at the same time, without the need for expensive equipment."

The researchers have used a process called 'electrospinning' to produce paper-like material made of nanosized fibres of nylon, loaded with a combination of three dyes, said a statement from the Institute.

The paper is "halochromic", that is, it changes color in response to changes in acidity, the statement added.

The Researchers have developed a prototype smart phone-based algorithm, in which, the colours of the sensor strips after dipping in milk are captured using the camera of the phone, and the data is transformed into pH scale (acidity) ranges.
They have used three machine-learning algorithms and compared their detection efficiencies in classifying the colour of the indicator strips. On testing with milk spiked with various combinations of contaminants, they found near-perfect classification with accuracy of 99.71%.

A recent report by the Animal Welfare Board shows that 68.7 make the most milk and milk by-products in the country are adulterated with products such as detergent, glucose, urea, caustic soda, white paint and oil. Chemicals such as formalin, hydrogen peroxide, boric acid and antibiotics could also be added to milk to increase shelf life.

Mamas' Special Care On Struggling Hero

With back to back flops in the recent past, the career graph of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has been knocked sideways and the actor is going through a rough patch. Even Nagarjuna tried to put him back on success track and made couple of films with Chay as producer, but they didn't give him a big break.

So, now, both of his Uncles (Mamas) are coming together to put him back on the track. Victory Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya's uncle, has agreed to work with him for a multi-starrer film which is tentatively titled as 'Venky Mama'. 'Jai Lava Kusa' fame Bobby (KS Ravindra Reddy), will direct this project. The script work of this film is still yet to be wrapped.

Suresh Babu, producer of Venky Mama, is taking complete care in finalizing the script and he is very particular about the story. It's Suresh Babu who played a crucial role in making his brother a star hero in the industry. Now, he's set his eyes on 'Alludu' Naga Chaitanya and setting up things to deliver him a big success.

Also, it's going to be a great opportunity for Chay to work under Suresh Productions and at same time, to share screen space with 'Chinna Mama' Venkatesh. Since both of his uncles are involved, Akkineni fans have high hopes on this film. Once Venkatesh wraps up his shooting part for F2 (Fun and Frustration), also featuring Varun Tej, he will begin shooting for 'Venky Mama'.

Remember those few minutes in 'Premam' movie where Victory Venkatesh makes a special entry as Chaitanya's mama - you must've experienced a huge bustle in theatres. Now, it's going to be through out the film.

KA Paul's Sensational Comments on Pawan & Chiru

Killari Anand Paul aka KA Paul is a well-known Christian evangelist who has set of follower base in the particular community. Paul is also politically active. He is now back in news as he took potshots at Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi.

Stating that Kapus are "fed up" with Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, KA Paul said the community is unlikely to go with Pawan. He stressed that Kapus won't back Janasena this time. He attributed these comments to some Kapu leaders whom he had met him recently. He said he doesn't know whether it is true or not and added that he will get to know the truth only in the next six months where he would go to tour all the constituencies and meet people directly. Paul hasn't taken the names directly. But he referred to Pawan as "Thammudu" and Chiru as "Anna".

Drawing comparisons between Janasena and Praja Rajyam Party, Paul said that so many leaders had joined PRP back then and as many as three candidates for each constituency had joined then. But he said that quite surprisingly only 5 to six leaders have joined Pawan's Janasena in the past 5 years ever since he floated Janasena.

KA Paul has also targeted Chiranjeevi's Praja Rajyam. He said the party was founded in 2008 claiming to get 'Social Justice' but totally failed. He claimed that he had back then said that he came with the backing of a political party and he later merged into the same party as he had predicted rightly. Paul referred Chiru that he was "sold out". Without taking direct names, Paul made the aforementioned comments. He said that he is not making the comments, but he said he got to know about these from the leaders he has been meeting.

Paul said none of the political parties have done justice to backwards castes and Dalits in Telangana. He said they have been grossly ignored and they got raw deal in the seats announced by the parties. Paul said he would be working together with the backward castes, Dalits who are contesting as rebels in Telangana. He said he would soon start his work in AP and would meet people in the next 6 months. Claiming that he is not supporting any political party, he said all he is trying is to support to BCs and Dalits who are 90 percent of the population, but being ignored by the parties.

One More Wicket Down in TRS

Even before TRS is yet to come to terms with the resignation of its Chevella MP Konda Visweswara Reddy, one more wicket is down in TRS. this time it is sitting MLA of Vikarabad. Vikarabad MLA B. Sanjeeva Rao has resigned to the party. Sanjeeva Rao had been staying away from party's activities for a while.

He was deeply upset that he was denied seat in the coming elections. KCR has replaced Sanjeeva Rao with Dr Methuku Anand. Unable to digest this, Sanjeeva Rao has decided to quit the party. Alleging that minister Patnam Mahender Reddy has "cheated" him by not allocating ticket, Sanjeeva Rao submitted his resignation.

Sanjeeva Rao's resignation has come just a day after Chevella MP Konda Vishweswar Reddy has resigned. while Konda Vishweswar Reddy would join the Congress in the presence of Sonia, it is expected that Sanjeeva Rao would also join Congress soon. this is certainly yet another blow to KCR at this juncture.

Balakrishna Clarifies About NTR, Kalyan

Balakrishna About NTR, Kalyan Ram Campaigning TDP

Nandamuri Harikrishna’s daughter Suhasini will contest from Kukatpally assembly constituency which is allotted to TDP as part of the Maha Kootami led by the Congress party. Suhasini along with her uncle Balakrishna paid tributes to her grandfather and former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao at NTR ghat in Hyderabad yesterday, before filing her nomination.

Curiously, NTR and Kalyan Ram who didn’t come out in public have just released a press note to lend their support. About TDP allotting Kukatpally seat to Suhasini, Balakrishna said, “TDP always encouraged women in politics. For the first time, a lady from Nandamuri family is contesting in elections.”

Prabhas To Power Pawan Kalyan

Prabhas campaigns for Pawan Kalyan

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Janasena Party is all set to contest the upcoming elections for Andhra Pradesh assembly and the Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. he is currently busy with his Porata Yatra in Andhra Pradesh and trying to attract the voters to vote for his party and give him the chance to change their destiny rather than vote for Chandra babu Naidu's TDP and Jagan's YSRCP.

In the meantime speculation is on whether Young Rebel Star Prabhas can campaign for Pawan Kalyan. it is coming out that Prabhas' uncle Krishnam Raju's wife Shyamala Devi is planning to join Janasena party and contest from Narsapuram for the assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.

The moment Shyamala Devi joins Janasena, Krishnam Raju who is currently in BJP and who earlier won from Narsapuram on BJP ticket and even became the Union Minister, may also join Janasena. Prabhas then invariably should support his uncle Krishnam Raju and aunt Shyamala Devi and also Pawan Kalyan's Janasena.

Fans of both the stars are getting super excited on hearing this news and they feel that none can stop the combined power of Baahubali and Gabbar Singh.

Andhra, Telangana get notice over killing chickens

The Hyderabad high court on Tuesday issued notice to the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and major poultry industry players over illegal killing of unwanted chickens.

The order came following a Public Interest litigation (PIL) filed by people for the ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India, seeking the court’s direction to stop the poultry industry from using various methods of killing male and other unwanted chickens.

“Chickens used for meat are bred to have fleshier upper bodies, and those used for eggs are bred to produce an unnatural number of eggs,” PETA said in a statement.

Hence, PETA said, the egg industry considers most male chicks useless because they cannot produce eggs and are not the type used for meat.

The animal rights organisation filed the petition following an eyewitness expose of several hatcheries and farms in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana which revealed that millions of male and other unwanted chickens are commonly ground up, drowned, burned, suffocated, crushed and even fed to other animals by major Indian egg and meat suppliers.

“Consumers have a right to know that male chicks are killed by the egg industry and that this is done by methods such as grinding them up, crushing, suffocating, or drowning them,” says PETA India Associate Director of Policy Nikunj Sharma.

Pawan Clears It: Will They Ask Money Now?

Equations in film industry change on day to day basis depending on the market of the hero. And when a hero is in top form, there will be cars lined up at his house, while no one enters even when gates are empty at a time he delivers only flops.

Then there is this curious case of Pawan Kalyan who is in the top of his form but suddenly altered his course to politics. By the time he wrapped Agnyaathavasi, somehow he took advance from the Mythri movie makers for a film. And as that film delayed, he moved to politics.

Though recently Mythri producers revealed that they will be making a film with Pawan after he finishes his general election related work, now that Powerstar has given on official statement that he is not coming back to films, what they will do is the question.

Will they ask Pawan to return their money?
